Discount

In AbaNinja, you can set a percentage discount at the address level, which is automatically applied when creating a customer document. Below is a guide to navigation, benefits, and helpful tips.

Navigation

1. Open an address in AbaNinja.
2. Switch to the General tab.
3. Enter the desired percentage in the Discount field (e.g. 10 for a 10% discount).

Benefits

• The set discount is automatically taken into account when creating customer documents such as invoices, quotes, or orders.
• This saves time and reduces errors, as the discount does not need to be manually entered.
• The discount can be individually adjusted per customer, allowing for flexible customer service.

Tips and hints

• The discount is applied to all relevant positions on the customer document.
• Check before saving that the discount has been entered correctly, especially in the case of individual agreements with customers.
• If you want to adjust the discount for a specific period (e.g. for a special promotion), remember to change it back after the promotion ends.
