Migration from 21.AbaNinja

Prerequisites

• The migration account is in your possession
• The account only has the AbaNinja app active
• The account does not require a permanent bank connection to
  • Raiffeisen
  • St. Galler Kantonalbank
  • PostFinance
• AbaBridge (AbaNet) not active
• AbaNinja Cash not active
• AbaClock not active

Procedure

21. Migrate AbaNinja to DeepNinja (NinjaBox)

1. Navigate to the "DeepCloud" tile on the Swiss21 Portal dashboard
2. Connect your DeepBox organization
3. Select the correct area of the DeepBox
4. Select the desired DeepBox
   Note: It must be a paid AdvancedBox
5. Click the "Migrate" button on the tile for "21. Migrate AbaNinja to DeepNinja (NinjaBox)". You will then be redirected to DeepBox.
6. Confirm further processing on the DeepBox page
7. After a short wait, you will be redirected back to AbaNinja. This AbaNinja account has now been converted to a DeepNinja (NinjaBox) AbaNinja account.

Connect Abacus Financial Accounting

1. Navigate to the settings of the Abacus connection
   "Settings" -> "Subscriptions and Additional Modules" -> "Abacus Financial Accounting"
2. Disconnect the existing connection via the "Delete" action via the 3-point menu in the top right
3. Reconnect AbaNinja using the client number as well as ClientID and ClientSecret (Helpdesk)

Re-authorize

Re-grant the DeepNinja (NinjaBox) account to the desired people

AbaClik

AbaClik3 is not available for DeepNinja. Please use the "AbaClik AI" app and reconnect the DeepNinja account.
