The technology related to existing extracts and reports has been updated and some areas improved. We plan to rework existing extracts and integrate new reports in future versions.

Accounting

It is now possible to print the annual VAT reconciliation for control purposes.

With the new version, we have added additional accounts to the standard SME account set. The following areas are affected:

Depreciation and value adjustments
Accounts: 6820, 6821, 6822, 6823, 6824, 6825, 6830, 6831, 6835

Equity

Accounts: 2820, 2825, 2826

Optimization & corrections

We have received feedback from customers about delays/shifts in the updating of certain AbaNinja categories when there are large amounts of data. We have therefore made initial optimizations at the bank file and payment levels. These improvements will be extended to other areas in future versions and will increase the loading speed of 21.AbaNinja.

Several clients have informed us that invoices cannot be opened in the client portal or that the 21.AbaNinja app cannot be used with certain Apple devices. Our analysis has shown that devices with an iOS version > 13.6 are affected. This issue has been resolved with this new version.

Until now, it was not possible to enter a balance carryforward on a foreign currency account. This error has been corrected in the current version.

For invoices with variants, clients now have the option to select the desired variant and pay directly when using online payment mode.
