Update 04.03.2026

Starting now, customer and supplier documents in AbaNinja will be watermarked to clearly indicate their status and avoid confusion.

New feature at a glance

• Customer documents in draft status (e.g. invoices, quotes, orders, delivery notes) will automatically receive the watermark "DRAFT" until they are sent.
• Customer documents that are finally cancelled will receive the watermark "CANCELLED".
• Delivery documents that are finally canceled receive the watermark "CANCELLED."

Benefits

• The current status of a document is immediately visible on the PDF, which simplifies internal collaboration and communication with customers.
• Confusion between drafts and already sent or cancelled documents is reduced and process errors are specifically prevented.

The function is now automatically available in your AbaNinja account. No additional activation is required.
