Evaluations & Reports

With the "Evaluations & Reports" feature in the More section, you get a clear evaluation of your business data in AbaNinja.

  1. Navigate to More in the left menu and select Evaluations & Reports.
  2. Select the desired type of evaluation (e.g. invoices, delivery notes, payments, etc.).
  3. Set the time period for which you want to create the evaluation.
  4. You can also select the payment status and the general status of the document.

Benefits

  • You get a structured list of the selected data, which gives you a quick overview of your business transactions.
  • You can download the evaluations either as an Excel file or, if the prerequisites are met, also as a PDF. Use the corresponding symbols in the top right of the evaluation.

Hints and tips

  • The feature is only available with a paid subscription or an active Abacus financial accounting (AMID).
  • You can further narrow down the displayed data using the search and filter functions.
  • The exported files are ideal for further processing or archiving.
