Import/Export

You can import or export master data such as addresses under Settings > Addresses > Import/Export in AbaNinja.

Import

With the import function, you can quickly and easily transfer your address data to AbaNinja without having to manually enter it. This saves time and reduces error sources during data transfer.

Export

You can export your master data such as addresses as a CSV or XLS file.

Note

• To ensure a smooth import, please download our templates and fill them in with your address data.
• We ask you not to import files that were created in a third-party system.
• To avoid import errors, it is best to import business and private addresses separately.
  • Please pay close attention to the field allocations.
• Existing addresses with identical customer numbers will be updated by the import. Therefore, be sure not to overwrite other existing addresses.
• Only the predefined import fields are available. No additional fields can be added.
• Please note that no statistical data (customer turnover, etc.) can be imported..
