Logo

To upload your company logo, navigate to Settings > Company Data in AbaNinja. There you will find the option to upload your logo directly. Supported file formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF with a maximum file size of 200 KB.

Use
The uploaded logo will be used for various applications within the platform, such as in the document designer. Here you can position the logo individually to design your documents professionally and on-brand.

Notes and Tips

• Make sure the file does not exceed the maximum size of 200 KB to avoid upload problems.
• Use PNG files if you need a transparent background.
• Position the logo in the document designer at a prominent location (e.g. top left) to ensure optimal visibility.
• Test the display of your logo on a document to ensure it is visible and correctly placed everywhere.
