Export
In addition to single export via PDF or Excel, you have the option to export multiple account statements at once. You can individually determine in which format (XLS file or PDF) the export should take place. You can also specifically select the desired account area (from/to) and the relevant date range (from/to). Additionally, you can determine whether the export should only be performed for accounts with movements or for all selected accounts.
Here's how to proceed
- Navigate to Accounting > Account Statement in the menu.
- Click on "Action" (°°° – 3 dots) and select "Export All".
- Select the export format: XLS file (Excel) or PDF.
- Determine the desired date range for the export.
- Select the desired accounts to be exported. You can specify an account area (e.g. 1000 to 1099).
- Decide whether you only want to export accounts with movements or all selected accounts.
- Start the export process.
Note:
The export is performed in the background. Once the process is complete, you will find the exported files in your inbox for download.
Prerequisite:
This function is only available to you if you have a paid subscription or the Abacus Financial Accounting (AMID) is active.
Tips
- Use the filter options to specifically only export the necessary account statements.
- When dealing with large data volumes, the export may take several minutes. Check your inbox again after a short time.
- For better clarity, it is recommended to export in XLS format if you want to further process the data.
