Additional information

In the Additional information tab within an address, you can capture additional data that will help you better organize and categorize your contacts. This feature is particularly useful for managing business addresses.

  1. Open the desired address in AbaNinja.
  2. Switch to the Additional information tab.

Benefits
The following information can be added in the Additional information tab:

  • Company size: Only available for company type addresses. This information helps categorize by company size.
  • Industry: Also only for company type addresses. Here you can select the industry of the company.
  • Notes: A free text field for individual information or notes about the address.
  • Address criteria: Tags or criteria that are centrally stored and allow filtering in the address list.

Creating and using address criteria

  • New criteria can be entered directly in the Additional information tab or selected from existing ones. Once a new criterion is saved, it is also available to other addresses.

  • The criteria are centrally managed under Settings > Master data > Addresses. They can be edited or deleted there.

Tips and hints

  • With the address criteria, you can efficiently filter your address list and specifically search for certain groups.
  • Use the note function to record specific information that is not covered by other fields.

With these features, AbaNinja offers a flexible way to individually customize addresses and optimally integrate them into your business processes.
