General
1. Expense management with YAPEAL, AbaClik 3 and AbaNinja
AbaNinja and YAPEAL make it possible. The expense can already be declared as such in the YAPEAL banking app, which then automatically opens the AbaClik 3 smartphone app. Hold the camera over the receipt, scan it - and you're done. The receipt is transferred to AbaNinja and the reimbursement is made within a very short time.
Requirements:
- AbaClik 3 and YAPEAL Business Card
- A VAT-free AbaNinja account is required for automatic processing
Time recording
2. Summarized view of In & Out and services and calendar with graphical display
The views of In & Out and Services have been combined under the menu item Time. In the view you can now find all the recorded times.
The time recording calendar now graphically shows on which days there is work, vacation or absences.
3. Transparent employee profile with improved flextime calculation, automatically managed vacation balance and various reports
There is now a user-friendly employee profile with various data and evaluation options.
The flextime calculation has been improved and the vacation balance is automatically included.
4. Cross-employee absence overview
There is now the option of a cross-employee absence overview, which graphically documents the various absences.

- Add-on module Advanced Accounting or Abacus connection (AmID)
5. New reports as PDF or in Excel format
It is now possible to output various evaluations as PDF or download them as Excel (XLS).

6. Reports & Evaluations
The reports for the offers, orders, delivery bills, invoices, credit bills and supplier documents types now have a filter selection by status. For Invoices and Documents Suppliers, the previous title for the filter selection Status has been renamed to Payment Status.
