Addresses - Services tab

The Services tab is now available in the Addresses detail view.
This provides an overview of all recorded services for each address.

Customers - Orders - Partial invoice

A partial invoice can now be created from a draft order. In the Partial Invoice dialog, the invoice date and due date can be defined.

All positions that are in the order at this time are integrated into the partial invoice and are then locked for processing. The order remains in the Running status for the capture of further positions, which can then be offset with further partial invoices or with the final invoice.

If the final invoice is created, the order status changes to Completed. The individual partial invoices and the final invoice are linked to the order and are visible there. The final invoice lists all created partial invoices.

Customers - Orders - Installment invoice

Based on a sent order, it is now possible to create installment invoices. In the Create Installment Invoices dialog, the number of installments, the start date, and how often an installment invoice should be created can be defined.

The installment invoices are created based on the recorded data and sent or planned. The order, which is now linked to the installment invoices, is automatically set to Completed. The last installment is automatically defined as the final invoice. All created installments are listed in the final invoice.

Customers - Orders - Scheduled document delivery

Offers, orders, delivery notes, invoices and credits with an address where an email address is stored can now be scheduled for delivery.

Once the date of the documents is in the future, the blue Plan for Delivery button appears.

After clicking the button, the order status changes to Scheduled, is visible in the open orders and is automatically sent by email on the corresponding date.

Accounting - Balance sheet

In addition to the balance sheet and the profit and loss account, an opening balance sheet is now available.

In the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the opening balance sheet, the Show foreign currency display option is now available. If this is activated, the ISO and FW balance columns are displayed and the corresponding values are shown. The new display option Show / Hide Level, which is now available for the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the opening balance sheet, offers the possibility to select which classification levels should be displayed.

Time recording performance directly on an order number

When recording billable services on a customer address, a pending order for billing can now be selected or a new order created.
