Update 02.09.2024
With the update on September 2, 2024, the following extensions and improvements were implemented.

Products - Overview page
The product page has been completely rebuilt. Newly, products have an overview page where all information is displayed clearly. Suppliers and the new inventory management are each accessible via the new tabs.
Products - Warehouse Management
Starting with the "Pro" subscription, the AbaNinja warehouse management is now available. Every product of the type "item" can be activated for warehouse management and an initial stock can be entered immediately. On the new "Warehouse" tab, stock in and out can be manually recorded after activation. When a delivery note is sent, a new entry is automatically added in the form of a stock out.
In addition to tracking inventory, reservations per product are now also counted. The system orients itself on the document flow and counts the quantity of products on orders, invoices and delivery notes.

Accounting - Currencies
The administration of foreign currencies has been fundamentally revised. New AbaNinja accounts are initially only managed in their base currency. Additional foreign currencies must be activated separately. Furthermore, for each foreign currency, it can be defined whether the foreign currency exchange rates are to be managed manually or automatically (EUR, USD).
Customer Documents - Final Cancel
For sent customer documents (offer, order, invoice, delivery note, credit note), the "Final Cancel" action has been introduced. When performing the action, the document is canceled and immediately moved to the "Archive" tab.
Time and Performance Tracking - Performance from In&Out
A new feature is available in Time and Performance Tracking for faster creation of performances based on an In/Out entry. Next to each time entry, there is now the "Create Performance" function. When clicked, a new performance is immediately opened and the times are entered according to the time entry.
