Accounting - Purchase tax

With the new purchase tax feature, AbaNinja improves the handling of purchases from abroad. This paid extension allows you to record VAT rates as purchase tax rates directly in the settings. For supplier invoices with a foreign sender address, you can now easily select the corresponding purchase tax rate. This feature significantly simplifies the correct tax treatment of cross-border transactions and helps you always stay compliant.

Accounting - Improved foreign currency bookings

Working with foreign currencies is significantly simplified with the new update. You can now enter amounts in both your base currency and the respective foreign currency. AbaNinja automatically calculates the exchange rate. This improvement not only increases the accuracy of your accounting, but also saves valuable time when entering.

Customer Portal - Customizable

With this update, the AbaNinja customer portal becomes a powerful tool for your branding. This paid feature offers extensive customization options:

  • Integrate your own logo for a consistent brand appearance.
  • Adjust the colors of buttons and links to match your corporate design.
  • Decide flexibly what content you want to present to your customers - from a full view to a pure PDF display.
  • Control the comment function according to your wishes - enable or disable the possibility for customers to read or write comments.

TWINT Integration

Customer Portal - TWINT Integration

To offer your customers even more flexibility in payment, we have integrated TWINT into our payment system. This popular payment method can now be connected via Stripe, providing your customers with an additional convenient payment option and increasing customer satisfaction.

Suppliers - Simplified Approval

The process of invoice approval has been fundamentally optimized. In addition to the known option to save invoices, we are introducing a new "Approve" button. This is available to all users who are authorized to approve invoices. This simplification significantly speeds up the approval process and reduces potential error sources.

Payments - API (Beta)

We are working hard on the development of a powerful API for payments. This paid feature is currently in a closed beta test phase. The API promises a seamless integration of payment processes into your existing systems and workflows. Interested customers are welcome to sign up for this exclusive test phase.
