Adding Users

21. AbaNinja (Swiss21)

In 21.AbaNinja, you invite users in the Swiss21 portal under Settings > User Management > Invite User and assign them access to AbaNinja;

DeepNinja (DeepCloud)

In DeepNinja, users are added via the DeepNinja-Box > Box Settings > DeepAdmin > Share. The user will only appear in the user management after the first login via "Open DeepNinja".

Cross-cutting

In AbaNinja itself, you assign them to a suitable user group.

Benefits

You can unlock exactly the apps and areas for employees that they need for their work (e.g. only invoices instead of full admin access).

Notes and tips

• In 21.AbaNinja, always invite users first in the Swiss21 portal, then assign the user group in AbaNinja, otherwise rights will be missing.
• In DeepNinja, a new user will only appear after the first login from the box; before that, they are not visible despite the invitation.
• Assign admin roles only to people with full responsibility and remove temporary access (support, trustees) as soon as they are no longer needed.
