User Groups

Under Settings, you will find the User Groups option. Here, you can customize the access rights of various groups. By selecting a group, you will be taken to the edit view, where you can change the group name and activate or deactivate specific permissions.

Benefits:
The User Groups function allows you to control your employees' access to certain areas of the application. This ensures that each employee only sees and uses the functions relevant to them, improving clarity and increasing the security of your data.

Notes and Tips

  • To mark a group as the default group, click on the star symbol next to the group name.
  • Activate or deactivate permissions through the slider next to the respective areas (e.g. Dashboard, Customers, Accounting).
  • Consider carefully which access rights are necessary for which employees to ensure efficient work.
