Email Designer

With the Email Designer, you can design the look of your outgoing customer emails (e.g. invoices, offers, delivery notes) to your liking. You can set the colors, logo, header and content area, as well as the display of sender address and bank details. The preview shows you how your email will appear to the customer.

Notes and tips

• You can insert your company logo and determine its size and alignment.
• The colors for buttons, links and text can be freely chosen to adopt your corporate design.
• You can control whether the bank details and sender address are displayed in the email using the checkboxes.
• The advertisement can be hidden with a paid subscription.
• You can save changes at any time and check the preview before going live.
• The settings apply to all automatically sent emails, such as invoices or reminders.

Further notes

• You can select the email sender (Standard, SMTP, SPF) in the "Email Sender" area. Here you define from which sender address your emails are sent.
• After adjustments, always check the email preview to ensure an optimal customer experience.
