Numbering Templates Offers

In this area, you determine how your quote templates are automatically numbered. This clearly distinguishes templates from regular quotes and you always have an overview.

• Prefix: Enter a unique abbreviation for your templates (e.g. "OT" for quote template).
• Next number: Set the number with which the next quote template starts. The number will be automatically increased with each new template.
• Number format: Define how many digits the number should have (e.g. 0001 for four digits). The number will be filled with zeros accordingly.

In the "Preview" field, you can see directly how the next number of your quote template will look (e.g. OT0001).

Notes and tips

• With your own prefix, you can immediately recognize templates and avoid confusion with regular quotes.
• The number format can be adjusted at any time.
• The numbering is continuous and ensures seamless documentation of your templates.
• After changes, please click "Save" so that your adjustments are taken over.
