Import/Export

You can import and export master data such as products under Settings > Products > Import/Export.

Import

For the import, the following templates are available for you to use to ensure your data is imported correctly:

Export

You can export your master data such as products as a CSV or XLS file.

Important

• To ensure a smooth import, we ask you to download our templates and fill them with your address or product data.
• We ask you not to import files that were created in a third-party system.
• It is best to import business and private addresses separately to prevent import errors.
• Please pay close attention to the field assignments.
• Existing addresses or products with the same customer or product number will be updated by the import. Therefore, make sure you do not overwrite other existing addresses or products.
• Only the predefined import fields are available. No additional fields can be added.
• Please note that no statistical data (sales, availability, etc.) can be imported.
