Units

To manage units or measurements in AbaNinja, navigate to Settings > Products > Units. Here you will see an overview of the available units, which either come from the ISO catalog or have been added individually.

Benefits
Managing units allows you to:

• Activate and deactivate standard units from the ISO catalog.
• Add your own units (paid).
• Edit or delete units, as long as they are not in use.

Add units

1. Click on Add unit.
2. Fill in the required fields:
   • Unit/Abbreviation
   • Name
   • Plural
   • Optional: ISO code for international standards
3. Save the unit by clicking on Add unit.

Edit or delete units

• Deleting and editing is only possible for units that you have created yourself.
• To edit a unit, click on the three dots next to the unit and select Edit.
• To delete a unit, select Delete, but note that a unit cannot be deleted if it is already in use.

Notes and tips

• Only activate the units that are relevant for your business processes to ensure clarity.
• Your own units are paid.
