Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To activate two-factor authentication (2FA) in AbaNinja, follow these steps:

AbaNinja (Swiss21)

1. Log in to the Swiss21 portal.
2. Navigate to Settings > User Data and click on Two-Step Verification.
3. Install an authentication app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or FreeOTP on your smartphone.
4. Scan the QR code displayed on the installation page with your authentication app.
5. Enter the generated verification code in the appropriate field and save the settings.

DeepNinja (DeepCloud)

1. Log in to DeepCloud.
2. Navigate to Account Management
3. Select the "Security & Login" tab
4. Install an authentication app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or FreeOTP on your smartphone.
5. Scan the QR code displayed on the installation page with your authentication app.
6. Enter the generated verification code in the appropriate field and save the settings.

Two-factor authentication provides an additional security layer for your account by requiring a second verification step in addition to your password. This protects your account even if your password is compromised.

Notes and tips

After setting up 2FA, you must log out completely and log back in to apply the changes.
If you lose your device, please contact support directly so that your identity can be verified and access to your account can be restored.
