Actions

In AbaNinja, you have various actions available for addresses to help you efficiently manage your address book. Below is an overview of the possible actions as well as tips on how to use them.

  1. Open the "Addresses" section in the main navigation.
  2. Select the desired address to display the available actions.

Benefits

  • Efficient document creation: Create customer documents such as quotes, invoices, or delivery notes directly. The address is automatically taken over into the document.
  • Payment management: Record incoming or outgoing payments directly for an address.
  • Address maintenance: Archive addresses that are no longer needed or restore archived addresses.

Available actions

  1. Edit
    Update the data of the selected address.

  2. Create quote
    Create a quote for the customer based on the selected address.

  3. Create order
    Generate an order directly from the address.

  4. Create delivery note
    Create a delivery note with the data of the selected address.

  5. Create invoice
    Create an invoice for the customer. The address data is automatically taken over.

  6. Create credit note
    Generate a credit note for the selected address.

  7. Create recurring invoice
    Set up a recurring invoice to automate regular billing.

  8. Record payment received
    Post a payment received directly for the address.

  9. Record payment made
    Record a payment made, e.g. for refunds or other expenses.

  10. Archive
    Move addresses that are no longer needed into the archive to improve your overview.

  11. Restore
    Reactivate archived addresses as needed.

  12. Delete
    An address can only be deleted if it has been archived before and no documents (e.g. invoices or quotes) have been created with it.

Notes and tips

  • Archived addresses remain in the system and can be restored at any time.
  • Use the archiving function to keep your active address list manageable.
