In AbaNinja, you can efficiently manage, search, and edit your addresses. Here is an overview of the features and capabilities of address management.

  1. Navigate to "Addresses" in the main menu.
  2. The address list displays all captured addresses in an organized manner.

Use of Search and Filter Functions

  • Search Field: Use the search field to specifically search for addresses. Enter text or numbers – the search works regardless of the type of search term.
  • Filter: Use address criteria to further narrow down the results.
  • Sorting: The columns in the address list can be sorted ascending or descending to obtain the desired order.

Advanced Search Options (paid)

  • Deep Search: This function searches detailed information within the addresses.
  • Search in Defined Column: With the advanced search, you can specifically search in a certain column.

Display Options

  • By default, 10 items are displayed in the address list.
  • The display can be expanded to up to 100 items to see more entries at once.

Mass Actions

AbaNinja offers practical mass actions to edit multiple addresses at once:

  • Mass Invoicing: With this function, you can create invoices for multiple addresses at once. A suitable document template must be selected.
  • Archive: You can archive multiple addresses at once to remove them from the active list.

Tips and Hints

  • Use filters and sorting to improve visibility when there are a large number of addresses.
  • The advanced search functions are particularly helpful when searching for detailed information or specific columns.
  • When mass invoicing, it is recommended to ensure that all desired addresses are correctly recorded in advance to avoid errors.
