Communication

In the Communication tab on each address, various contact options can be added to ensure comprehensive reachability.

Possible contact options
The following contact types can be added:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • Mobile phone
  • Fax
  • Pager
  • Website
  • Skype
  • Twitter

Prioritization

  • Prioritization is only possible for email addresses and is required if multiple email addresses are stored.
  • The preferred email address is automatically used as the default for customer documents.

Tips and hints

  • To mark an email address as a favorite, click on the corresponding symbol (e.g. a star).
  • Make sure the preferred email address is correct, as it is used for sending documents such as invoices or quotes.
  • Take advantage of the opportunity to store multiple communication channels to be able to respond flexibly to customer inquiries.
