Communication
In the Communication tab on each address, various contact options can be added to ensure comprehensive reachability.
Possible contact options
The following contact types can be added:
- Phone
- Mobile phone
- Fax
- Pager
- Website
- Skype
Prioritization
- Prioritization is only possible for email addresses and is required if multiple email addresses are stored.
- The preferred email address is automatically used as the default for customer documents.
Tips and hints
- To mark an email address as a favorite, click on the corresponding symbol (e.g. a star).
- Make sure the preferred email address is correct, as it is used for sending documents such as invoices or quotes.
- Take advantage of the opportunity to store multiple communication channels to be able to respond flexibly to customer inquiries.
