Creating a Private Address
In AbaNinja, you can manage addresses centrally, whether for businesses or individuals. Below is a step-by-step guide to capturing private addresses and their associated data.
Creating a New Address
Navigate to the Addresses section.
Click on the New Address button.
Select whether you want to create a private address or a business address. In this case, select Private Address.
Data Entry
When creating a new private address, the following information can be added:
- Address Details
Enter the name, address, and other basic information.
Each address automatically receives a unique address number. - Communication Details
Add phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact options. - Bank Accounts:
Enter bank details if they are needed for invoices or payments. - Delivery Addresses:
If the delivery address differs from the main address, you can record it separately.
Address Detail View
After saving the address, you will be taken to the detail view. Here you will get a complete overview of all the information recorded.

Additional Features
- Adding Address Criteria
Under the Additional Information tab, you can add tags (e.g. "VIP Customer") to better categorize addresses and make them easier to filter later.
