Language

In the General tab of an address in AbaNinja, you have the option to set a language for that address. This is especially useful when working with customers from different language regions and you want to automatically create customer documents in the appropriate language.

  1. Open an address in AbaNinja.
  2. Switch to the General tab.
  3. Select the desired language in the Language field (German, French, English, or Italian).

Benefits

  • When you set a language for an address, the standard texts are automatically used in the selected language for new customer documents (e.g., invoices or offers).
  • This makes communication easier and ensures that your documents are linguistically correct.

Notes and tips

  • The address language can be changed at any time. However, this only affects new customer documents. Existing documents remain unchanged.
  • Check before creating new documents whether the stored language is correct to avoid misunderstandings.
  • If no language is stored, the system language of AbaNinja is used by default.
