Overview - Search / Filter

With the search and filter function in the product group overview, you can keep track of a large number of groups and quickly and efficiently find desired entries.
In the product group overview, you have various options to specifically search for groups or limit the display according to your needs:

• Search field: Below the column headings, you can enter a term such as the name or number of the product group to dynamically filter the list. Suitable results are displayed during input.
• Filter functions: These are available in both the "All" and "Archived" tabs. This allows you to specifically search for archived groups.
• Sorting: You can adjust the sorting of the product groups via the column heads such as "No." or "Description", for example, ascending or descending by number.
• Actions: In the right column, you will find further options such as editing, archiving, restoring or deleting a product group. You can perform these actions directly from the overview.

Notes and tips

• If no results are displayed, please check your filter and search entries. If necessary, remove the filter to display all groups again.
• You can view archived product groups at any time via the "Archived" tab and restore them if necessary.
• Use the filter and search functions in combination to achieve particularly precise results.
• The filter function helps you work efficiently even with a large number of product groups and always keep track.

Define clear and meaningful names and numbers for your product groups. This significantly simplifies the search and management for you and your team.
