Metrics

Under the settings > key figures in AbaNinja, you can define and manage important financial key figures for your company. These key figures are used to monitor your business development in an overview and to create relevant analyses. Typically, key figures include areas such as sales, profit, liquidity, receivables and payables, as well as other business indicators that are important for your reporting and controlling.

Benefits:
By individually configuring the key figures, you get a quick overview of the financial situation of your company directly in AbaNinja. This supports you in making informed decisions, recognizing trends early on, and steering your business processes specifically. In addition, the use of key figures facilitates collaboration with your trustee, as the relevant data is structured and transparently provided.

Notes and tips

  • Make sure that the key figures are based on the correct accounting accounts. In AbaNinja, the chart of accounts is standardized, oriented towards the Swiss SME chart of accounts, and can be supplemented with additional accounts if necessary.
  • Use the option to individually adjust the key figures to accurately represent the values that are relevant to your company.
  • Link the key figures with the corresponding accounting data so that the analyses are automatically updated.
  • For an extended accounting and more detailed key figures, it is recommended to connect to the Abacus financial accounting, which allows for seamless data transfer and automated booking.
