Own sender address (SMTP)

With this function, you can send emails directly through your own email server via SMTP and use your own sender address in AbaNinja. This is especially helpful as many email services like Gmail or Yahoo are becoming increasingly strict, making sending through your own mail infrastructure often the better solution.

Notes

• For sending with your own sender address, all information must be fully entered so that AbaNinja can authenticate correctly at the mail server. The setup is similar to setting up an email account, but only the SMTP server for outgoing email is required.
• This function is only available with a paid subscription.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Enter all required information for your SMTP server completely.

2. Carefully check your information so that AbaNinja can authenticate correctly at the mail server.

3. Save the configuration.

4. Send a test email afterwards to check the setup.
