How can I evaluate the working hours of my employees?
You can evaluate the working hours of your employees as follows:
Go to the Time Tracking > Employees > Employee menu in AbaNinja. Select the desired employee and click on the corresponding record.
Under Analyses & Reports, you will now find all the important information under the tabs In & Out, Work, Absences, Vacation, Total and Short-time work.
If you have entered the target hours when creating the employees, his over- or under-hours will be visible.
The analyses can be printed out per tab. With the activation of a paid subscription or an Abacus financial accounting, you will also have the option to output the data as a PDF or download it as an Excel (XLS).
