What reports and evaluations are available?

Various evaluations can be displayed and printed for each employee. To do this, open the Employees section under Time Tracking > Employees, and click on the desired employee to view their overview. In the lower section, you will find the Evaluations & Reports tab with the tabs In & Out, Work, Absences, Vacation, Total, and Short-time work. If the planned hours were entered when creating the employee, the over- or under-hours will be visible.

The evaluations can be printed for each tab. With a paid subscription or an active Abacus financial accounting (AMID), you can also export the data as a PDF or download it as an Excel (XLS).
