Calendar

In the time tracking section of AbaNinja, you can easily record your work hours and performance through a calendar view. The calendar provides an overview of all days of a month and allows you to create, edit, or delete time entries for each day. You can also select the desired employee whose times you want to record or view.

By clicking on a day in the calendar, you can either create a new time entry or view and adjust existing entries. The calendar function helps you keep track of your work hours, absences (such as holidays or sickness), and hours worked. You can also switch between months to check past or future entries or to plan ahead.

Benefits of the calendar view

  • You get a daily overview of all recorded work hours.
  • Recording the start and end of work, as well as breaks, is easy and quick.
  • Absences such as holidays, sickness, or training can be directly entered in the calendar.
  • The calendar view simplifies the control of planned and actual work hours and helps to detect overtime or absences early on.
  • The clarity makes it easier for both employees and supervisors to track and plan work hours.

Tips and hints

  • You can always return to the current day by clicking on the "Today" button.
  • You can also edit entries later if corrections are necessary.

  • Time entries can also be recorded via the AbaClik mobile app or the AbaClock time clock - these will be automatically synchronized in the calendar.
