Capture Timecode (In & Out)
In the "Time Tracking > In & Out" section of AbaNinja, you can easily and clearly record your employees' work hours. You can either directly in the web browser, through the AbaClik mobile app, or with the AbaClock time clock to document the coming and going times (In & Out). The times are either manually entered or started and stopped with the stopwatch (Play-Icon). For each time entry, you can also add a comment that documents the exact activity or location.

With the In & Out function, you get a complete and transparent work time tracking for all employees. This makes it easier to control the planned and actual times, calculate overtime or flexitime, and lay the foundation for correct payroll accounting. Due to the simple operation, you save time when recording and evaluating the work times. The overview in the calendar and the daily, weekly, or monthly view help you to recognize deviations immediately and react accordingly.
Notes and tips
- The recorded times are automatically compared with the stored work time models and planned times. Differences and the current flexitime balance are displayed immediately.
- If there are errors (e.g. forgotten booking), you can correct or add entries later.
- Use the comment function to document special features (e.g. home office, customer appointments) directly when entering the time.
- For mobile time tracking, the AbaClik app is recommended, with which you can comfortably record times even on the go or on construction sites.
- The evaluations to In & Out can be found directly with the employee and can be exported or printed as a PDF if necessary (paid subscription is required).
- If you have many employees, it is recommended to use employee groups and assign individual work schedules. This way, you can always keep track of attendance and work hours, even in larger teams.
