Create service
In AbaNinja, you can directly convert recorded work hours into a billable service and assign it to a job. This allows for efficient and transparent billing to your customers.
So funktioniert es
Select the desired employee and date in the "Time Tracking" section. The recorded times will be displayed.
Click on the "Create Service" symbol (square with plus) next to the desired time entry.
In the "Service" window, the relevant fields (employee, service type, date, duration, time from/to) are automatically taken from the time tracking.
Select the appropriate service, address, and associated job. If there is no job yet, you can create a new job directly.
Save the service with "Create". The time is now stored as a billable item in the job.
In the job, you see the recorded service as a product position with description, quantity (hours), and price. The job can then be processed and sent to the customer as usual.

Tips and hints
- You can combine multiple time entries for a job and bill them.
- Use the filter options in the time tracking to specifically search for employees or time periods.
- Check before creating the performance that all information (e.g. service, job) is correct to avoid rework.
- The current status of the target/actual times, as well as the difference and overtime, will be clearly displayed so that you can always keep track.
- In addition to the recording in 21.AbaNinja, working hours and services can also be transmitted via the mobile apps AbaClik and AbaClock.
