AbaClik AI
With AbaClik AI, your employees can record working hours, services, orders, and expenses directly on their smartphone and transfer them seamlessly to AbaNinja.
The app helps you automatically recognize, book, and recharge or refund expenses using artificial intelligence.
All the following functions can be performed directly in the AbaClik AI smartphone app for iOS and Android.

The app is free for iOS in the App Store and for Android in the Google PlayStore.

Connection and login
You can log in to AbaClik AI with your personal login. First, choose whether you have a Swiss21 AbaNinja or a DeepNinja account.

Record In and Out times
Using the In Out tile, you can record coming and going times directly in AbaClik AI, either by stopwatch or manual entry.
The recorded times are automatically transferred to the In Out time recording of AbaNinja and displayed there per employee in the calendar and in the evaluations.
Record services directly on order
Using the Services tile, you can report daily work or absences and assign them to a customer.
If you use a product of the type service, the billable services are collected in a customer's order until it is closed and converted into an invoice.
Notes: If a billable service type is selected, additional fields "Address" and "Service" appear in the recording mask of AbaClik. The option for billable service types can be set in AbaNinja under Settings > Service type for the corresponding service type.
Create orders
Using the Orders tile, all orders from AbaNinja are listed centrally. With the artificial intelligence SamurAI, you can create and send orders via AbaClik AI using text or voice input.
Record receipts as creditors
In AbaClik AI, you can photograph invoices, and the integrated document scanner automatically reads the amount, VAT, sales outlet, and sometimes the payment method.
The captured receipts are posted as supplier invoices in AbaNinja and booked as expenses as far as possible automatically.
Record reimbursable expense receipts
Expense receipts that employees have paid for in cash or with a private card can be marked as reimbursable in AbaClik AI.
In AbaNinja, this creates a supplier invoice, from which you can create a payment order and transfer the amount directly to the employee's linked bank account.
Recharge billable invoices and expenses
If invoices are recorded in AbaClik AI as billable, a customer must be selected.
A position is automatically created in the customer's order for each invoice, so that the invoice total can be recharged later together with services in a customer invoice.
General prerequisites and notes for using AbaClik AI with AbaNinja
- For times, services, and expenses to be correctly assigned, the employee must be recorded in the time recording of AbaNinja. A linked user and an active employment relationship are required for the smooth transfer from AbaClik AI.
- The automatic processing of AbaClik expense receipts can be activated in the settings (Settings > Supplier invoices).
- With a flexible chart of accounts (or Abacus chart of accounts), the automatic posting of invoices imported from AbaClik AI can be optimized via the assignment of accounts for AbaClik in the settings (Settings > Account assignment AbaClik), so that recurring invoice types are booked to the correct accounts without additional manual effort.
