DeepCloud Connection
If you connect your DeepBox with AbaNinja (standard with DeepNinja), you will have additional features for secure document exchange, DeepSign, and transfer of E-Bilanz and OP list to the DeepBox.
DeepBox Inbox (paid)
With the DeepBox Inbox, you can upload invoices and other documents to the DeepBox and then pass them on to AbaNinja for processing. This includes, in particular, supplier invoices or other accounting-relevant files that you want to provide in one place.
Benefits
- You upload files directly to the DeepBox Inbox. After approval, the documents are sent directly to AbaNinja.
- You reduce media breaks, because invoices no longer have to be exchanged separately by email or locally.
- You create a clean storage for collaboration and later processing.
Notes and tips
- Make sure you use the correct DeepBox and the appropriate Inbox so that the documents arrive in the correct area.
DeepSign (paid)
With a connected DeepBox, you can have offers from AbaNinja electronically signed with DeepSign. The signature request is sent directly from the offer and the signed version is then stored again in AbaNinja.
Benefits
- You speed up the approval process for offers because your customers can sign electronically directly.
- You keep track of the signature status. This is displayed directly in AbaNinja.
Hints and tips
You can enable the signature page by default when creating offers, so that new offers are automatically prepared for DeepSign.
Upload E-Bilanz and OP list to DeepBox (paid subscription)
AbaNinja can directly transmit the E-Bilanz and OP list to the connected DeepBox. These documents are centrally stored in the DeepBox and can be used there for further processing or collaboration.

- You provide important evaluations and accounting documents centrally in the DeepBox.
- You simplify filing and exchange, as the E-Bilanz and OP list do not have to be separately exported and manually distributed.
