Header section - Additional fields

In this section, you can define up to four additional fields for the header of your customer documents (quotes, orders, invoices, credits, delivery notes, recurring invoices).

For each field, you can enter an individual label; you can store these in four languages: German, English, French, and Italian.

Using the switch to the left of each field, you can activate or deactivate the field for use in your documents.

Benefits

  • With the additional fields, you can add your own information to the standard header, such as project name, customer order number, cost center, or internal reference.
  • These details apply to the entire document and do not need to be repeated in every position, making your documents clearer and more professional.

Notes and tips

  • The fields only appear on the PDF when you insert them into the header in the document designer and display them there.
  • Adjust the labels per language so that customers see a clear, understandable term in their language.
  • Changes to the descriptions only affect newly created documents; existing PDFs remain unchanged.
  • Use clear, short titles (e.g. "Project", "Customer Order", "Delivery Condition") so that employees can use the fields consistently.
