Overview

On the "Employees" overview page, you will find a structured display of all employees registered in your AbaNinja account. The table shows the most important information such as number, first name, last name, linked user (email), assigned employee group, and attendance status. You can search for specific employees using the search field.

You can switch between active and inactive employees. Active employees have a current employment relationship. Inactive employees, on the other hand, no longer have an active employment relationship as of the current date, for example, due to a termination date. These are displayed in the "Inactive Employees" tab and can be reactivated if necessary.

  • With the filter function, you can quickly find the desired person.
  • The overview supports you in managing work schedules, attendance, and assignment to employee groups.
  • Inactive employees are no longer considered for time tracking, but remain in the system for traceability reasons.

Tips and hints

  • You can register new employees using the "Add Employee" button at the top right.
  • Using the three dots in the "Action" column, you can edit, archive, or perform other actions on employees.
  • Attendance is visualized by a point in the "Present" column.
  • Inactive employees can be reactivated at any time if they become active in the company again.
  • The assignment to employee groups facilitates later evaluation and permission settings.
  • The data of inactive employees remains for evaluations and historical reports.
