Absence Overview
The absence overview in time tracking provides you with a cross-employee view of all absences within a selected month and year. In the overview, you can quickly see which days employees are absent, such as for vacation, sickness, or other reasons. The overview is tabular, with employees listed in the left column and the individual days of the month displayed in the columns to the right. Absences are highlighted graphically, so you can quickly see who is unavailable when.

By the graphical representation, you can recognize bottlenecks early and take appropriate measures. In addition, the overview supports the transparent management of vacation, sick days, and other absences, which contributes to compliance with legal and company requirements.
Notes and tips
- The absence overview is available to you when the Advanced Accounting add-on module or the Abacus connection (AmID) is activated.
- You can select the year and month at the top right to view absences for different time periods.
- The overview can also be exported as a PDF or Excel file, for example, for meetings or archiving purposes.
- Absences should be recorded correctly and promptly in the system so that the overview remains up-to-date and reliable.
- Use the option to organize employees into groups to better structure the overview when there are many employees.
