With these settings, you can customize the customer portal to match your company's design. This strengthens your brand image and creates a consistent experience for your customers. The control of the comment function also allows you to steer communication.

In the settings area of the customer portal, you can make the following adjustments:

• Enable white labeling: Turn on white labeling to use your own branding in the customer portal. This allows you to hide the AbaNinja branding and set your own logo and colors.
• Upload logo: Upload your company logo (allowed file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG; maximum file size: 200 KB).
• Define colors: Set your primary and secondary color. Additionally, you can determine how these colors are displayed in the portal.
• Set behavior: Choose between "Standard" (normal view) and "Only show PDF" (only PDF documents are displayed).
• Manage comments: Decide whether comments are displayed and/or allowed in the customer portal.
